History
Mishima Heihachi is the son of Mishima Zaibatsu founder Mishima Jinpachi.
Heihachi take control the Mishima Zaibatsu after he defeated and imprisoned his father below the Hon-Maru. Few year after, He announced a fighting Tournament called Tekken (Iron Fist).

First Tekken
First Tekken is followed by 8 competitors (but in total there are 18 Characters including Heihachi). The winner will face Heihachi in the Final match. according to the game, Heihachi was defeated by his son Mishima Kazuya in this tournament.
He was thrown by Kazuya into a cliff where Heihachi dropped Kazuya when Kazuya was 5.
